Braner/Loopco Slit Coil Packaging Lines are custom designed and custom built to meet customer specifications, customer’s floor plan, and customer’s production requirements, so every Packaging Line is comprised of unique equipment elements, unique capabilities, and unique floor arrangement.
Packaging Line operation is completely automated to enhance operating efficiency, improve productivity, and improve safety. Coil widths and coil queue sequence for each coil to be “picked” from the 4-Arm are programed for a completely automatic and operatorless operation. Coil data can be entered via HMI keypad or bar code reader or data can be automatically transmitted to the Packaging Line from a Braner/Loopco Slitting Line Automation Computer.
